Control4 Smart Home on Canary Islands

An amazing property with stunning views of the mountains and Atlantic Ocean

A very special home on the Canary Islands, with 37 zones of Control4® smart home control, where we installed a wide range of solutions from the following sub-systems:


  • Safety & Security
  • Home Entertainment
  • Smart Lighting
  • Smart Home Control System
  • Intelligent Networking
  • User Experience

 

This was a project, with lots of specific complexities, that we were able to overcome to create an environment that seamlessly complements the architect’s design intentions and provides the client with a fantastic home to live in.

Control4 Smart Home in Manchester

A stunning mock Tudor Edwardian period property located in heart of South Manchester

A classically beautiful home in Manchester, undergoing a phased renovation, with a Control4® smart home control at its core.


This is a project that initially started in the basement of this property but has clear roadmap planned of continued renovations moving up through the floors and includes a major extension to the rear ground floor rooms in the near future.


During the initial phase of the renovation in the basement rooms we installed a range of solutions from the following sub-systems:

  • Home Entertainment
  • Smart Lighting – Future option
  • Smart Home Control System
  • Intelligent Networking
  • User Experience

Review Project

Control4 Smart Home in Leicestershire

COMING SOON...A fantastic major renovation of several buildings, all with amazing views of the beautiful countryside, at this property in Leicestershire.

The superb designs for this project were completed by Grey Rose Architects. Included within the initial project brief from the client was a dedicated home cinema room. Suzi Wong (Director & Owner) of Grey Rose Architects who was already familiar with our home cinema design and build services, after having previously visited our smart home show house, introduced us to the owners.

 

After meeting with the owners to discuss the requirements for their future home, it immediately became clear, they were also very interested in including numerous other home security and smart home functions that we could provide. 


The project scope across the buildings on the property, including the main house, guest lodge, sports pavilion, and garage, will incorporate a range of solutions from the following sub-systems:



  • Safety & Security
  • Home Entertainment
  • Smart Lighting
  • Smart Home Control System
  • Intelligent Networking
  • User Experience
