Automated Spaces offers a wide range of services; from Independent Consultancy to assist individuals as well as companies understand and implement 'automation technologies' as well as provide on-going maintenance, monitoring and support services of client’s environments/implementations.

Automated Spaces collects and may also share your information with, and obtain information about you from, credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, product manufacturer/vendors or Agents (e.g. companies who provide sub-contracted design services to Automated Spaces or an entity who may have originally referred you to Automated Spaces) as part of the sales process prior to you formally contracting with us for any of our services.

 

We also collect information to allow us to accurately process your order and as part of any financial transactions between you and Automated Spaces, as such we may need to pass your;


  • Payment details to our Bank and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction.
  • Transaction details to an external Accountancy or Auditor or HMRC as part of a regular financial/taxation reporting process or whilst preparing our formal Company Accounts.

 

Subsequently to ensure that Automated Spaces can effectively continue to provide our services to you we may need to share your details; some example scenarios would be as follows:


  • Registering product sales/installations with the relevant manufacturer/vendor
  • Sharing your details with other relevant members of a Project Delivery Team such as:
  • Automated Spaces directly employed Team Member
  • Automated Spaces-controlled sub-contractors under a Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Agents you may have appointed such as Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc.

 

To efficiently manage your account including providing on-going maintenance, monitoring and support services we will need to process your data and may need to share it with relevant manufacturers or vendors as part of any necessary support escalation in response to a service related issue.

 

Automated Spaces may use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

Nobody dislikes junk mail cluttering up their doormat more than the Team members here at Automated Spaces and it is for this reason we promise not to send you anything in the post except for any necessary paper copies of legal documents when required to do so by law and/or communications relating to a specific project.

 

We offer the following direct mail preferences:

  • I’m OK receiving direct mail when it relates to a specific project or when required by law.
  • I only really want to receive anything in the post when required by law.

 

Phone Calls

Automated Spaces is also not a big fan of being continually receiving marketing calls from companies offering their products or services which are not relevant to us. It is for this reason that we commit to rigorously honour your phone preference regarding receiving any calls from us.

 

We offer the following phone call preferences:


  • I really don’t mind hearing from Automated Spaces…. as such it’s ok to call about any issue.
  • I get a lot of calls generally during the day…. so please only call me about Critical Service issues.
  • I’m not a phone person…. please do not call.

As a technology company Automated Spaces utilises email to communicate with potential and existing clients, suppliers or other third parties, in relation to marketing, sales or on-going support activities, ranging from; Monthly Inspiration Newsletters, Sales Offers, Managed Service Reports or Critical Service Alerts.

  • I get a lot of emails generally during the day…. But I have a support contract with you so please only send me emails about Critical Service Alerts & Managed Service Reports! Just enough so I know how you're performing
  • Unsubscribe. We hate goodbyes but we're always here if you change your mind.
